CFU-ARR-RN Villa was built just a few years ago to the highest UK standards. It provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for six guests on three levels. The pool is secluded from the quiet road, boasting lovely views down to the distant Ionian Sea. All the comforts of home are here in a delightful and private setting, providing total relaxation for you and your family and friends. Every room has a balcony facing West, catching the sunsets and spectacular views. If you want privacy, peace and quiet and a fabulous pool to catch the sun's rays, this is the place for you. You are totally secluded and the nearest neighbour is over 120m away.
Accessibility
This villa is not suitable for wheelchair access as the pool is on a lower level than the house, reached down a flight of stairs.
Outside
The villa sits on level ground on a high ridge running North/South. The grounds slope away to the West, providing the views. It is approximately 100m x 80m in size with well tended and traditional gardens. Several large (100 years plus) olive trees provide a beautiful setting and ample shade all around the house. There is parking at the front of the house for several cars, if required.
Coast/Beach
The small seaside resort of Arillas is a 5 minute drive to the West from the villa. Arillas has a long and sandy beach with a shallow drop off, making it very suitable for youngsters. It has several shops, bars, ATMs and restaurants. 5 Minutes in the other direction, to the East, is the bustling town of Sidari which boasts many amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and beach. There is even a MacDonalds, if you ever need one!
Golf
There are several golf courses in Corfu. The closest is about 50 minutes away
Special interest holidays
We have contacts to several art and craft centres on Corfu. Yoga, walking tours, painting, cycling, a beauty spa treatment and cookery classes can all be arranged if required. Please give us as much advance notice as these courses fill up quite quickly.
Distances
Arillas and Sidari are about 5km in opposite directions from the villa. The capital city of Corfu, confusingly called Corfu Town, is 55 minutes away. It is a cosmopolitan city with a long and varied history. The architecture is influenced by the Venetians who governed the island for many years. Thursday night is late night shopping so a visit is recommended, taking in the evening sights and a special meal in one of the many restaurants in the city.
Further details
Sidari is a busy tourist town. It has a medical clinic and dentist, hairdressers, banks and all other facilities you would expect in such a bustling town. Discos and late night bars abound if that is what you are looking for, if not, shop at the large supermarket and sit on your private balcony with your favourite tipple and some quiet music of your own.
You will love the 10x6m pool, the depth varying from 60cm to 1m 60cm at the 'deep' end. This complies with the new safety recommendations for unsupervised pools. Child safety is, naturally, your responsibility.

The kitchen has all the expected fixtures and fittings. The large marble work surface provides ample opportunity to show off your culinary skills (if you can't be bothered cooking, let us provide you with a professional chef for your evening meals). |

On the lower pool level we have a washing machine next to the pool changing room, shower and toilet. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room, on the top level is a spacious room with double French Windows opening onto a large balcony looking out to the West. Satellite TV, video, Internet is provided should you need it. The furniture is comfortable and stylish. |
| Other: |
On the ground floor, the kitchen is large enough to sit and eat indoors but the ample, well shaded terracing and balconies surrounding the villa provide ample choice of places to sit and relax with whichever meal you are ready to enjoy. |

Linen will be changed on Friday. The villa will also be cleaned at this time. The pool is cleaned prior to your arrival and shouldn't need any attention while you are there but if it does, simply call our agent and it will be seen to. |
