Megalithari 3 Villas will offer the following comforts and benefits:
They are 87, 50 m2 and were built from 2009 – 2010. They are completely private.
Each villa contains:
A bedroom with a double bed and en suite, with an office desk and access to the internet, a big wardrobe and a satellite television. Another bedroom with two single beds with a wardrobe, a common bathroom with a corner bathtub with a Jacuzzi, hair-dryer, an iron, a safety deposit box. There’s   internal heating, a refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, dish-washer, with a cooker oven, coffee-pot, toaster and a kettle. In the lounge there is a big couch which converts into also to a bed. A satellite, DVD, fireplace and dining room. Outside there is spacious parking, a storage room which contains a washing machine. There’s also a children’s playground and a a garden with fresh vegetables, a BBQ, outside shower  and swimming-pool with sun beds and a Jacuzzi which will be waiting for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Cleaning services are on a daily basis and sheets are changed twice a week.  Water sports facilities are available at the beaches of Arillas, San Stefanos and St. Georgios. These include water skiing, diving,etc.

Megalithari Villas are situated between three beaches: they are approx 1,500 meters from Arillas, 3,000 meters from San Stefanos and 2,500 meters from St. Georgios. The airport, in Corfu Town, is 34 klm away, the harbour, 32 klm and the centre of Corfu Town is 33 klm away. There is a doctor who practices in the aream There’s a supermarket for your shopping needs, and traditional cafes and tavernas for coffees, drinks and meals at a distance of 700 meters.
