Also in case you are 8 persons we could offer you together with the villa 1 the brand new luxury Studio, which located in upstairs floor on the left side of the 3bedrooms villa 1, the studio is the building with the chimney on the top.

On the first floor are the one double, one twin bedrooms, 1x WC/shower and balconies with wonderful sea view. On the ground floor are the second double bedroom, WC/shower, living room-kitchen and veranda with sea view. At the back side of the villa there is your safe parking place.

Both villas share the wonderful big garden and the about 30m pool. From the garden you reach direct the pebble wonderful Barbati beach, where you can find the most kinds of water sports and motor-boat Rentals.

Mini markets and Restaurants are in walking distance from the villas.

The 2 villas are possible to be rented together for up to 10 persons or separately sharing the pool and the garden.

One month on August the Beach front villa 2 is occupied from the owner who is sharing the pool with Beach front villa 2.
