The luxury beach front Villas Barbati 1 and  Barbati 2 are  newly built on 2008, the first is  3 bedroom Barbati villa 1 and nearby the second 3bedroom Barbati villa 2.
Also in case you are 15 persons we could offer you together with the Barbati villa 1 and villa 2 the new luxury Studio, which located in upstairs floor on the left side of the 3bedrooms villa 1, the studio is the building with the chimney on the top.

On the first floor are the one double, one twin bedrooms, 1x WC/shower and balconies with wonderful sea view. On the ground floor are the second double bedroom, WC/shower, living room-kitchen and veranda with sea view. At the back side of the villa there is your safe parking place.

The two floors luxury beach front villa Barbati 2, consists of 2 x double bedrooms, one tripple bedroom, 2xWC/showers and sleeps up to 7 persons:
 On the first floor are the one double bedroom, the tripple bedroom, 1x WC/shower, and balconies with wonderful sea view. On the ground floor are the second double bedroom, WC/shower, living room-kitchen and veranda with sea view. At the back side of the villa there is your safe parking place.

Both villas share the wonderful big garden and the about 30m pool. From the garden you reach direct the pebble wonderful Barbati beach, where you can find the most kinds of water sports and motor-boat Rentals.

Mini markets and Restaurants are in walking distance from the villas.

The 2 villas are possible to be rented together for up to 13 or 15persons incl. the studio or separately sharing the pool and the garden.
