The villa is situated 10 kilometres Northeast of Corfu Town in the elegant suburb of Kommeno. It faces South East and over looks the sea towards the Gouvia marina, the islands of Lazaretto and Vithos, Corfu town and the mountains of the Greek mainland. Constructed in the year 2005 it is one of nine villas and three maisonettes built on an extensive piece of land each with their own garden, walls, gates and privacy. The land area surrounds a small hill on top of which is a protected Venetian fortress. in ground floor of the villa there is the apartment which consists of one double bedroom, complete kitchen and WC/shower. This apartment sleeps 2 persons and could be used with seperate entrance from the garden.

On the main Villa is living the owner and downstairs with independent entrance is the apartment, which sleeps 2-3 persons. Consists of one double bedroom, livingroom-kitchen, WC/bath. Free use the garden and the pool shared with the owner.
The sea is about 5 minutes walking!
Gouvia center or Dasia with high night life is about 2km away!
The closed to the villa beaches are in Gouvia and in Dasia about 2km away, both beaches at the moment offer water sports or motorboat Rentals during the summer period.
