The new Villa Kokkini takes the name of the small village Kokkini,
is built up on 2003-2004, is situated on the top of a small hill,
very quiet and isolated away from neighbour houses, from main streets,
bars, discos and any noise to disturb, on the middle of Corfu island
and in 10km from Corfu main town or airport, 4,5km from Corfu Golf
Club and Ermones beach, 3,5 km from free nudist wonderfull sandy beach
Mirtiotissa (the beach is mixed, left side nudist and on the middle
side for families normal) , in about 5km from also wonderfull sandy
beach Glyfada, where take place all kinds of the watersports and in
about 1,5km from the famous big Aqualand of Corfu.
The place is ideal, because of the position you can easily visit the
north or the south part of the island only in one hour driving.
The Kokkini small village is situated on the top of another small
hill on the opposite side of the villa and none tourist are living
over there. A couple of old Cafe or small mini market offer still
over there with the old greek style the greek cafe. In about 1km from
the villa you can find the first bigger Mini market, Taverna, Cafe
and Petrol station. A normal bus passing the most time (July and August)
every 2 hours and the rest time nearly every 3 hours from the main
street (500 m from villa away) with direction to Corfu town or to
the above beaches through village Vatos. In Vatos (4km from villa
away) you can find more Tavernas and Cafe

Vatos is a quiet village (at the middle and westcoast of the island), 13 km from
Corfu town + airport, 900 m from Golf club of Corfu and 1500 m from Ermones beach
and the wonderfull nudist beach of the Mirtiotissa. |

The Villa Kokkini consists of 3 floors, on the groundfloor is
the very big livingroom with fireplace on the one side, a big
modern kitchen from the other side and a kingsize cornerbathroom
with a washmashine too. From the groundfloor you reach with
interior stairs the first floor where are the four bedrooms
(1x master doublebed and 3x 2 singlebeds) and one big WC/bathroom.
On the second floor under the roof is the 5th big doublebedroom
with a private big WC/shower and a small balcony with panorama
view to the Village Kokkini, to the Golf area and a little seaview.
All the villa is full air-conditioning, heating and the livingroom
connected with a SAT-TV.
The villa offers very large balconies and verandas with enough
tables and chairs, where you can sitting to enjoy and relax
your best days of the year. On the pool area you can find also
sunbeds and a place with BBQ. On the side of the house is also
enough place to park your cars.
